Job Title: Sales Performance Director
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our regional team and drive business growth in Italy. As a Sales Performance Director, you will be responsible for establishing a channel system that includes agents, secondary KA, and OEM customers.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement market funds strategies to optimize product and price offerings.
* Maintain a distributor network to ensure efficient supply of channel inventory and maintain market order.
* Formulate quarterly/annual sales goals and plans, improve marketing organization systems, and allocate resources effectively.
* Manage regional sell-in and sell-out operations to ensure accurate sales forecasts.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales management, or related field; experience in personal care small appliances, kitchen appliances, or pet products preferred.
* Minimum 5 years of relevant local work experience with a strong understanding of Italian markets.
* Proven ability to withstand pressure, develop market opportunities, and demonstrate strong sales capabilities.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead teams and develop projects.
