Based in Italy it has 5 branches across Europe and employs about 1.000 people. /p pThe candidate will be part of the team in charge of the creation of the new GOSP Delivery Center focused on the provisioning of a core insurance solution at Group level. Such initiative is highly strategic and requires a team of professionals able to guide it from a managerial and operational point of view, acting as agents of the transformation. /p pWe are looking for a bProgram Manager /b who will be responsible for planning and governance and for overseeing the successful delivery of the program’s output/product, coordinating the projects and their interdependencies and stakeholders. /p ul liProject monitoring (timing, costs, quality and risks) /li liCoordination of the activities among different work groups involved in the operative activities (IT, business, operations team, supplier, …) /li liOrganization and management of project meetings with the different business functions involved /li liDrafting and management of the various level reporting also if to be addressed to the top management /li liProject resource allocation management /li liProactive monitoring of the status review, analysis of deviations and definition of eventual corrective actions /li liManagement of the relationship with other ongoing projects and evidence of impacts, support in the contingency solution detection /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liKnowledge about Project Management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile) and proven experience /li liMastering MS Office (Excel, Project, Word, Powerpoint) /li liPreferable knowledge of a second language (i.e., ES, DE) /li liExpertise in international transformation programs /li liPreferable expertise in the insurance domain /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liOutstanding communication and relational skills /li liStrong goal driven mindset, initiative, autonomy and proactivity /li liAnalytical, synthetical and presentational skills /li liSpecial capabilities in complex problems solving /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
