Clivet SpA is looking for a Project Leader to join its R&D team.
Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and deliverables. Manage planning, risk mitigation, and product qualification from concept to launch.
* Work closely with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Quality, Production, Purchasing, Logistics) and external suppliers to define, qualify, and approve new products. Maintain all technical and commercial documentation.
* Drive problem‑solving and decision‑making across departments to keep projects on track.
* Monitor project performance, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Qualifications
* A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Energy Engineering (preferred). A Project Management certification or master’s degree is a strong plus.
* Previous experience in project management (at least 2 years), especially in HVAC, light commercial, or residential products, is highly valued.
* Strong organizational and leadership skills to guide teams effectively.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Familiarity with product qualification and compliance processes is a plus.
Preferred location: near Feltre (BL).
