Selected candidates will be placed in a dynamic and innovative environment and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. /p pLearn more at iongroup.com. /p h3Your role /h3 h3Key duties and responsibilities /h3 ul liKnowledge of labour management (costing, budgeting, forecasting) /li liKnowledge of the main HR administration tools (Infobudget, Inaz) /li liKnowledge and understanding of labour regulations /li liKnowledge of the main collective labour agreements (credit, trade, metalworking) /li liCarrying out the communications formally required by the regulations in force /li liEnsuring the fulfilment of payroll office activities by ensuring the monthly issuance of pay slips /li liCarrying out hiring and dismissal activities and managing the documentation relating to the employment relationship /li liLiaising with employees on payroll/deductions queries /li liProviding data and reports relating to its area of activity upon requests from the functions/B.U. /li liReporting and data analysis (ad-hoc reports preparation offering detailed insight and analysis, monthly headcount) /li liChecking and coordinating the input of personnel data and their updates on the management system /li /ul h3Other duties /h3 pWe might ask you to perform other tasks and duties as your role expands. /p h3Your skills, experience, and qualifications required /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Economics, Business or HR related subjects (with honors) /li liExperience in Labour Consulting firms is a plus /li liKnowledge of the main Italian National Labour Collective Agreements /li liExcellent knowledge of the Italian and English language /li liExcellent knowledge of Ms Excel and PowerPoint /li liWith your “get things done” attitude you can prioritize, support, and track multiple tasks successfully while meeting deadlines in a constantly changing environment /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pPermanent employment contract. /p h3Location /h3 pMilano, Parma. /p h3Important notes /h3 pAccording to the Italian Law (L.68/99) please note that candidates from the disability list will be given priority. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
