PpWe are looking for a bSAP SD Solutions Manager (OTC) /b to join the TechDigital Solutions Department. In this role, you will act as a key bridge between Sales, Business, and IT, ensuring strong alignment between commercial needs and digital solutions. The position oversees the end-to-end management of initiatives supporting Sales and commercial processes, from needs identification and prioritization through to execution and delivery. As part of this, the role contributes to the evolution of digital solutions, ensuring consistency with the IT strategy, roadmap, and available resources. In addition, the role is accountable for the coordination and delivery of complex, cross-functional, and international initiatives, working closely with both internal teams and external partners. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as the main point of contact between Sales/Business and IT for commercial and sales-related initiatives. /li liCollect, analyze and prioritize business needs, ensuring alignment with digital strategy, roadmap and available capacity. /li liContribute to the evaluation of initiatives in terms of impact, benefits, risks and costs, supporting investment planning and prioritization. /li liCoordinate and manage projects and enhancements, ensuring clear scope definition, timelines, budget control and quality of delivery. /li liCollaborate with IT teams and external partners throughout design, implementation, testing and go‑live phases. /li liMonitor progress and provide clear and regular updates to business and IT stakeholders on status, risks and key decisions. /li liSupport continuous improvement of ways of working, project delivery processes and solution effectiveness. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li5–6 years of experience in structured corporate or consulting firms developing SAP SD (OTC) projects. /li liProven experience in functional roles at the intersection of Business, Sales and IT (e.g. commercial systems, digital initiatives, business projects or consulting environments). /li liExperience in coordinating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, possibly in an international context. /li liExposure to SAP S/4. /li liGood understanding of sales and commercial processes and how digital solutions can support them. /li liConfidence in managing priorities, issues and expectations in a structured and proactive way. /li liStrong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work in matrix and international organizations. /li liGood analytical and presentation skills (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint) to support data analysis and decision‑making. /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience in demand management, project governance or similar coordination roles. /li liProject management certifications or formal training. /li liComprehensive welfare package including short working week during summer months. /li liHybrid working policy (10 days a month remote working). /li liCompany restaurant service. /li liAccess to our corporate gym. /li liA fast paced and dynamic international context. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
