PpJoin CAE as a bCrew Coordinator ( IT Hardware Specialist) /b and become part of a skilled simulator maintenance team at the Amendola Air Base near Foggia. You will lead Simulator Technicians and ensure the technical availability and performance of our training systems, overseeing all organisational, preventive, intermediate, and corrective maintenance activities. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliBe the simulator technical lead on-site. /liliImplement and execute the maintenance plan. /liliSupport simulator operations, including performance testing, maintenance logging, and reporting. /liliCoordinate logistics such as shipping and handling supporting logistic department. /liliManage spare parts inventory and initiate repair or replenishment actions. /liliSupport procurement activities for repairs and replacements. /liliCommunicate and report technical issues, including coordination with simulator instructors. /liliInterface with CAE Engineering Departments / Customers / End Users for technical topics /li /ulpstrongWorking hours: /strong Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. /ph3Our Ideal Candidate /h3pWe welcome applicants with experience in field such as computer systems, avionics, or electronics. /ppTraining can be provided to candidates with the right technical foundation, such as: /pulliExperience installing and configuring hardware and software (PCs, servers, printers, network devices). /liliAbility to diagnose, maintain, and repair IT and electrical equipment. /liliQualifications in Aeronautical, Computer, Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial disciplines. /liliExperience with soldering, mechanics, or electronic circuits. /liliAbility to read and use technical publications and manuals and electrical test equipment. /liliStrong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications. /liliLeadership experience or interest in leading a small team. /liliLanguages: Professional English and fluent Italian. /liliWould be considered an advantage: experience dealing with military organizations or military customers or provenience from military background or previous experience with Flight Simulator. /li /ulh3What kind of person will succeed in this team? /h3pYou enjoy being close to technology and prefer hands on, practical work.
