Responsibilities
Analyze and collaborate with the technical department on custom product procurement requests, defining material and service specificationsIdentify and select the most suitable suppliers, focusing on quality, reliability and cost, negotiating purchase terms and conditionsUpdate the vendor list, balancing saving objectives and riskGenerate and manage purchase orders, ensuring correct coding and description of ordered materialsMonitor deliveries and quality of received materials, resolving issues with suppliersMonitor supplier performance and manage relationships to guarantee continuous improvementParticipate in procurement process optimization projects and cost reduction initiatives
