We are looking for a HR Business Partner for the Piacenza Area.
Job Purpose
The person, in order to support the plant's results achievement and improvement, will provide support in the proper management and development of plant personnel, guaranteeing compliance with legislation and established company processes, as well as stipulation of agreements with labor unions. In conjunction with the Corporate HR team, he/she will help implement all human resources processes in line with Group policies and programs.
Responsibilities
* Manage all procedures involving plant workers and all local labor law litigations.
* Participate in devising local-level strategies for managing relations and negotiations with Trade Unions, including defining any integrative agreements and supervising their proper enactment.
* Handle relations with plant-based and local union representatives.
* Provide specialized support to plant units in line with company policies.
* Ensure proper implementation of specific company processes involving plant strategies.
* Ensure, in conjunction with F&A management, the proper execution of administrative and accounting procedures regarding payroll, personnel management, and privacy safeguarding, in compliance with social security, fiscal, and contractual regulations.
Key Requirements
* Degree in legal, economic, or humanities disciplines.
* At least 3 years of experience in HR generalist or HR BP roles, preferably in structured warehouse environments.
* At least 3 years of experience in managing industrial relations.
* Solid experience in managing union relations.
* Good knowledge of the English language.
* Visionary ability, operational autonomy, and a practical approach.
* Excellent relational, organizational, and communication skills.
* Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing environments.
