You will make an impact in the following way: Lead critical, high-priority projects across EMEA from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget deliveryDevelop detailed project plans, lead project reviews, manage resources, track risks, and ensure alignment with strategic objectivesEstablish and manage a regional PMO framework tailored to the manufacturing function, ensuring standardized governanceTrack CAPEX and OPEX related to the projects for the regionProvide clear, data-driven updates about projects to the global and regional teamsBuild a high-performing PMO culture focused on accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvementPartner with regional leadership to prioritize initiatives based on strategic impactDesign and deliver footprint projects with the Operational Strategy & Transformation teamWhat you will bring: Education – Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or International BusinessExperience – 5+ years of successfully leading and delivering complex, cross-functional projectsSkills & knowledge – Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2 or Agile/Hybrid), ability to lead virtual, multicultural teams and influence senior stakeholders as well as provide strategic input, well-versed with budget management, creating business cases, and resource planning,Personality – Pragmatic, results-oriented, collaborative, with strong intercultural competenceWillingness to travel – Occasionally internationally (~25%)Language proficiency – Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantageLet’s Write the Next 100 Years Together.Join a global community striving to improve connectivity and security.
