PSocial network you want to login/join with: /ppFor a company in the manufacturing sector, in Bergamo, we are looking for an Interim Finance Controller.pWe are open to both freelance collaborations (with VAT registration) and fixed-term contracts. /ppThis position is part of Finance and Controlling function, which tasks include month-end closing and reporting as well as forecasting related tasks, as well as several other finance tasks incurring in a global manufacturing business.br/pbrpbResponsibilities /b /pReports / Closing /Forecasting:p• Prepare accurate and timely journal entries into the general ledger system including but not limited to Agents and Rep commission corrections, accruals and reserve adjustments, loss and obsolescence, unemployment taxes, vacation, holiday, earned time, workers’ comp. /pp• Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop and maintain solutions to business and financial problems. /pp• Perform monthly general ledger account reconciliations and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual balance sheet account analysis in accordance with company policies and accounting regulations. /pp• Provide timely, accurate and professional reports including any annual federal and state tax schedules and both domestic and international reports. /pp• Interface with internal and external auditors on US GAAP, statutory and tax audits /pp• Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly Sales and Operations reports /pp• Support the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and monthly bridges for the Company. /pp• Expenses report check, analysis and accrual creation /ppSales order costing (ETO Aftermarket) /pp• Review costs for ETO projects monthly and conduct final cost reviews after project completion. /pp• Support Engineering and Sales Controlling for accounting and costing issues related to ETO Projects and Aftermarket business. /pp• Support calculation of percentage of completion revenue at month end /ppStandard Costing: /pp• Prepare and perform the annual costing run, the creation of new cost estimates and the maintenance of costing views of the material masters during the year in SAP as well as ongoing analyses of purchase price variances. /pp• Design and maintain all standard cost of all plant products. /pp• Preparation of cost of quality reports, scheduling of meetings on a regular basis in support of the Quality /ppRelations with the Banks External Government sites /pp• Direct relation with Italian and foreign Banks /pp• Creation and follow up of Performance/Warranty Bonds /pp• Follow up of Letter of Credits with banks, commerce chamber and others needed /pbrpbYour Profile /b /p• Experience in accounting and reporting in global manufacturing or in a manufacturing environmentp• Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Business /pp• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications /pp• Experience in SAP B1, HFM and Essbase systems preferably /pp• Excellent written and oral communication in Italian and English /ppWhat we Offer: /pp• Dynamic international working environment /pp• Equity Grant program /pp• Welfare program /pp• Smart working policy /pp• Linkedin learning access /pp#LI-ED1 /pbr/p #J-18808-Ljbffr
