Role Purpose:We are looking for young talents to join our Simonelli Group Sales Team through a Sales Graduate Program. The company boasts eight international branches in USA, France, Germany, UK, Singapore, Dubai, Australia, and China. As a result, it has a well-established and extensive sales network internationally. We are looking for new graduates who are curious, goal-oriented and fluent both in English and Turkish languages.Key Responsibilities:- Support Simonelli Group Sales activities- Develop and maintain customer relationships- Assist in preparing Sales presentations and proposals- Ensuring timely processing of customer inquiries- Review competitors and customers in the assigned countries- Report customer visits, market analysis and accurate market information- Undertake business trips abroad to assigned countries- Contribute to high service levels in line with customer expectations and company guidelines- Represent the company, its brands and products at trade fairs and other dedicated eventsKey Competencies & Requirements:- Master Degree in Economics, Business, Foreign Languages or related fields- Turkish language (mother tongue)- English language (at least B2 level)- Excellent organizational and cross-cultural communication skills- Proactive and self-manager, coffee lover is a plus- Availability to travel abroad, especially in Turkey and Turkish language countries
