Sales Representative (Yachts)
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for representing leading yacht brands in the region, managing the full sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Representing yacht brands in the region
* Managing the sales process from initial contact to deal closure
* Building and maintaining relationships with clients, shipyards, and industry stakeholders
* Conducting detailed consultations to understand client needs and match them with suitable yachts
* Coordinating yacht visits, sea trials, and negotiations
* Collaborating with our marketing team to generate leads and enhance brand visibility
* Staying informed about market trends, new models, and competitor activity
* Attending boat shows, client events, and other industry gatherings as needed
Requirements:
* Proven experience in yacht sales, charter, or dealership environments
* Strong knowledge of yachts and the luxury marine industry
* Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Professional, self-motivated, and highly organized
* Bareboat skipper license or any yacht captain license is a plus
