These factors include (but are not limited to) the position, associated responsibilities, work experience, education, related training, and related skills. /p h3Position Location /h3 pCatania, Italy (On-Site) /p h3Telework/Work-from-Home Authorized /h3 pYes - Only When Authorized /p h3About The Role /h3 pThe Management Analyst will provide a full range of management analysis to support reoccurring and ad-hoc services required by FLCSI Product and Service Leads, pertaining to the functions of those departments. /p pAssist in preparing presentations, briefs, status reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide on-site management analyst services to support the administration of classified operations. /li liDraft for review by government employees: FLCSI departmental instructions, operating procedures, and guidance resulting from Continuous Performance Improvement (CPI) initiatives, Departmental or Product Service (PS) operational initiatives, or new compliance requirements. /li liAssist in updating the NAVSUP FLCSI website and SharePoint, create new webpages, upload documents and when requested by a FLCSI product and service lead. /li liAssist in updating and analyzing FLCSI-wide staffing data using Microsoft Office Excel. /li liAssist with performance measure development, data collection and data analysis. Review existing spreadsheet, analyzes formulas, recommend, and implement improvements if needed. Review and download data and reports from systems such as ERP, DTS, TWMS, DCPDS, etc. /li liAssist in preparing SIPR classified presentations, briefs and spreadsheets using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. /li liAssist with Defense Travel System (DTS) processing, upload vouchers, track official travels and provide customer support. /li liAssist the Finance Division in updating and tracking expenses for each product and service, Departments and Sites budget. /li liAssist the Admin Division with the employee onboarding process, check-in and check- out procedures, training administration and distribution and tracking of NAVSUP taskers, tracking and routing of instructions, official letters, and memorandums needing leadership’s signatures, awards, military FITREPS Evaluations and/or other correspondence. /li liAssist in developing Desk Guides for existing and new processes when requested by FLCSI product and service leads. /li liAssist the IT Division with processing system access requests, hardware and software configuration and support, customer support and system updates or upgrades from OneNet. /li liAssist the Command Inspector General with the Managers’ Internal Control Program (MICP)/Integrated Risk Management (IRM), tracking submission and completion of self- assessments and findings. /li liAssist the Security Office to implement procedures and controls, process requests on various systems and perform check-in and check-out actions for government employees. /li liEnsure operation of office equipment/devices by calling for repairs or scheduled maintenance; maintain office supplies inventory, place orders for supplies. /li liTrack MILSTRIP orders on various supply systems (OneTouch, ERP etc.), assist customers to obtain status updates from different providers, e.g. DLA, GSA, etc. /li liCollect and analyze annual reports, procedures, system design, and other data useful to identify opportunities for improvement. /li liObtain, download, and consolidate reports from various systems, combine data and provide metrics.? /li liAssess current practices and create documents, records, and reports on findings. /li liMake recommendations for improvements, which may include new practices, forms, reports, data collection, and/or staffing changes based on assessments of current practices; communicate these recommendations to executives or other appropriate senior staff. /li liPrepare and provide documentation and/or training materials as needed to facilitate implementation of suggested changes. /li liCollaborate with employees to facilitate successful implementation of new systems and procedures.? /li liReview results of program changes for efficacy; make or recommend further adaptations as needed for continual improvement. /li /ul h3Additional Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To /h3 ul liPerform other duties, as assigned. /li /ul h3Experience Requirements /h3 ul liShall have experience in adapting to quickly changing situations and managing complex projects? /li /ul h3Education Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree or higher, in Business Administration, Program Management, Finance, Finance, Engineering, Science or Accounting and at least three (3) years of professional experience performing analytical tasks in business administration, program management, financial, engineering, science or accounting disciplines OR /li liHigh School Degree and at least ten (10) years of professional experience in Business Administration, Program Management, Financial, Engineering, Science or Accounting Disciplines. /li /ul h3Other Required Skills Abilities /h3 ul liMust be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract. /li liMust be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. /li /ul h3Security Clearance Requirements /h3 pSecret Clearance. /p pMust be able to obtain a Secret Clearance. /p h3US Citizenship Requirements /h3 pThis position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Sawdey Solution Services to staff it only with U.S. Citizens. /p h3Benefits At Sawdey Solution Services /h3 ul liVibrant Company Culture: Become an integral part of our positive, encouraging, and uplifting team culture; we are all on this mission together! /li liHealthy Work-Life Balance: We place a strong emphasis on work-life balance; we don’t just ‘talk the talk’ in terms of work-life balance, we ‘walk the walk’!
