We offer a diverse range of products, including fragrances, makeup, skincare, hair care, Sephora Collection, and more. /ppAs a Specialist on the Bologna team, you will actively contribute to the following responsibilities: /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliManage your floor comprehensively, covering one or more of the four key product categories: makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection. /liliFacilitate communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team. /liliSupport Managers in daily activities and contribute to the store’s commercial and HR strategy. /liliMonitor and analyze team KPIs, and motivate the team to achieve results. /liliCoordinate commercial and organizational activities (promotions, events, new product launches, CRM campaigns, etc.). /liliManage the stockroom, maintaining optimal stock levels in accordance with replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies. /liliImplement company procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (pricing, promotions, communication) established by central departments. /liliTrain new hires and guide their growth in collaboration with Managers. /liliInteract openly with diverse groups, building relationships within and beyond the organization.
