Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will be part of the Corporate HR structure, acting as a key partner in talent sourcing, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives. This role is ideal for a professional eager to grow in an international environment and contribute to the international strategic HR projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the CPO in implementing global HR strategies, procedures and processes
* Drive talent sourcing and recruitment for commercial, business, and key market positions across international subsidiaries
* Collaborate with local HR teams in foreign Countries to ensure alignment with corporate standards
* Assist in onboarding programs for international hires and mobility processes
* Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, fostering a sense of belonging and community across cultures
* Act as a culture activator, creating opportunities for collaboration and movement internally and externally
* Develop programs and events that build community, strengthen our employer brand, and connect people across geographies.
* Ensure compliance with international labor regulations and internal policies.
* Participate in projects related to performance management, training, and career development.
What We're Looking For
* 3–6 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition or related fields
* Degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar; HR certifications are a plus.
* Strong interest in international HR and multicultural environments.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Italian, French, German, Chinese).
* Proactive mindset with the ability to create movement and opportunities, acting as a connector and community builder
* Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS tools is a plus.
* Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced global setting.
