The new joiner will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of service management processes using the SAP S/4HANA Service module. /ppIn this role, you will: /pulliAnalyze business requirements and design service processes in SAP S/4HANA. /liliConfigure and support service-related functionalities such as service orders, confirmations, service contracts, and installed base management. /liliIntegrate service processes with C4C, FSM, SD, MM, and finance modules. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end service execution. /liliSupport testing, training, documentation, and go-live activities. /liliIdentify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities. /liliThis is an on-site position, with the option to work remotely on selected days, following GEA’s smart working policy. Occasional travel may be required. /li /ulh3Your profile and qualifications /h3pWhat sets you up for success: /pulliBachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, a related field or bring relevant professional experience /liliGood experience with SAP Service processes, ideally in S/4HANA. /liliStrong understanding of service lifecycle management and related business processes. /liliExperience with integration into logistics and finance modules. /liliExperience with S/4HANA and familiarity with SAP Fiori apps are a plus. /liliUnderstanding of integration scenarios with SAP C4C and SAP FSM is a plus. /liliProactive mindset with the ability to think ahead and solve problems independently. /liliStrong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude. /liliFluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus. /liliA good understanding of the integration with SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) and SAP Field Service Management (FSM) is highly desirable. /li /ulpReady to engineer a better world with us?
