Within a team of 50 Project Supplier Quality Engineers in the Group, your role is to develop a new high-performance product or service with regard to the project objectives and the strategic objectives of the company. In contact with many professions, you will be particularly challenged on your ability to deploy the APQP approach, the purchasing process and bring operational excellence internally and to our suppliers. Main Tasks: - Define and implement the development of the Supplier Electronics process based on the Quality Costs Technical Deadlines (QCDT) scenario selected with the project and ensure industrial performance; - Facilitate and coordinate feasibility meetings and formalize the corresponding Quality requirements; - Ensure and challenge the robustness of the design of the Mechanical product developed by the supplier (in case of Co-Development or supplier ODM); - Ensure and challenge the robustness of the supplier's Mechanical manufacturing process and its ability to deliver compliant parts in series life; - Conduct all the Quality audits necessary for the qualification of the supplier's process; - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the overall performance of suppliers. Qualifications Qualifications: - Higher education in Mechanics or Electronics is ideally complemented by training in Quality; - We take into considerations professional backgrounds coming from the fields of Mechanics, Electronics, Quality (product and process) and Industrialization; - Experience of 3 to 5 years minimum in the field of automations or similar; - Knowledge of manufacturing processes for mechanical components and/or products; - Good knowledge of injection, cutting and electromechanical technologies; - Fluency in Italian and English is a must. Soft Skills: - Leadership: ability to convince, animate, federate teams around a project; - Strong analytical and synthesis skills: decipher and synthesize a large amount of information facilitating decision-making within the project. - You will also be required to travel to suppliers.
