The selected candidate will contribute to ensuring day-to-day oversight of health, safety, and environmental activities at the production site, supporting the HSSE department in the continuous improvement of HSE standards and in regulatory compliance.
INTERNSHIP OBJECTIVES:
The selected candidate will:
• Develop and manage the supplier documentation management software for the Villastellone, Santena, and Naples sites in accordance with Article 26 and Title IV of Legislative Decree 81/08;
• Support the HSE Manager (RSPP) in the operational management of health and safety activities;
• Support the HSE Manager in the management of accidents and near misses, including analysis, corrective actions, and other HSSE management system indicators;
• Supervise, together with the HSE Manager, activities related to environmental compliance (waste transfer notes, RENTRI, registers, and AUA support);
• Support the HSE Manager in preparing the documentation required for periodic presentations, training activities, and reporting;
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and to the promotion of a safety culture.
METHODS:
The activity is carried out through the review of existing documentation required by Legislative Decree 81/08 and internal procedures, meetings (in person or remotely) with the relevant technical stakeholders, site visits, and office work for document preparation.
KNOWLEDGE TO BE ACQUIRED:
Practical in-depth knowledge of supplier management systems in accordance with Article 26 and Title IV of Legislative Decree 81/08, modern security management systems, industrial processes, and corporate organization. Further development of HSSE management systems.
REQUIRED SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE:
* Basic knowledge of emergency management principles, MS Office;
* Fluent in English;
* Knowledge of HSE and environmental regulations;
* Ability to collaborate with production teams and cross-functional departments;
* Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification systems
* Driving license and own vehicle is required.
