organization is able meeting existing Quality regulations and standards;products and services meet customer expectations.
Develop procedures to ensure Quality system is effective and efficient.RequisitiKey AccountabilitiesEnsure all the processes flow are complaint with Quality procedures and standards:
Quality plant operative team coordinator, with the purpose of producing Quality action plans due to:Customers, internal or third-party auditCustomer or internal claims managementTargets achievement (KPIs management)Cost reductionNew projectsContinuous Improvement (PDCA)CAPA implementation and effectiveness verificationOEMs and after-market Customers Complaints ManagementCoordinator with Clusters to retrieve feedback from the market.Supplier Complaints Management, in collaboration with Supplier Quality Manager EMEA.To perform Internal auditsProduct and process qualification Submission to the customer for new and existing products (PPAP process).Quality tool moderator (PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan, 8D-Problem solving),Knowledge of other Core Tools is required: MSA, SPC, APQP.
Qualifications & EducationChemical/Engineering Degree or similar could be a plus, knowledge of ISO 9001/IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 knowledge could be a plus, trained to perform audit activity.Altre informazioniSkills/Experience/Knowledge
