Position Purpose:
The candidate will be responsible for preparing and defining the planning regarding the loads for Italy, France and the Export Markets, coordinating, from an operative perspective, the logistics flows for Italian plants and the external logistics/warehouses suppliers.
Furthermore, in collaboration with the Customer Service, he/she will guarantee the company targets in terms of volumes, shipments and customers’ satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Preparing and providing load lists to the warehouse in order to accomplish the physical load of every shipment, to satisfy the customers.
2. Replenishment of finished goods, raw materials for EMEA’S warehouses.
3. Managing the shipments following the priorities given by the markets, according to the backlog, the OTD and the Customer requests, interacting with CS, Export and Finance departments.
4. Tracking logistics KPIs (OTD, missing SKUs) and present proposal to improve them.
5. Arranging periodic alignment meetings with Production, S&OP and CS departments, in order to ensure the on-time availability of goods to be sold.
Qualifications & Education:
1. Master’s degree in Economics or any related fields.
