Overview We are looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Support Engineer to join our team in Muggiò (MB). In this temporary position (1yr contract), you will support the sales department throughout the bidding process, ensure high-quality post-sales support, and help deliver outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the sales team to prepare technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer requirements Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing clear and accurate information about our products and services Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness Provide technical support after sales, ensuring effective solution implementation and customer satisfaction Analyse customer needs and recommend suitable products or customized solutions Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline Previous experience in a technical sales support role is preferred Solid understanding of engineering principles; knowledge of rotating equipment is a strong plus Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal — able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking Confident presentation skills and a proactive attitude Customer-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites or industry events Additional information Diversity & Inclusion We believe that different perspectives and backgrounds are what make a company flourish.
