Role:
We are looking for an Onsite IT Technician with experience in Desktop / End-user Support within an enterprise environment, preferably in multinational companies.
You will be directly onsite with our customers, handling incoming tickets from users:
1. Setting up PC workplaces
2. Installations, migrations, and rollouts
3. User administration via Active Directory
4. User support with MS Office, Windows, and other software issues
5. Stock / asset management
6. Support for meeting rooms / conferencing rooms
7. Smart hand support for server and network devices
You will assist users with creative solutions and a service-oriented approach.
Requirements:
* 2 years of IT experience in end-user support within corporations
* Familiarity with ticketing systems
* Experience in OS, applications, and hardware installation and troubleshooting based on project needs
* Good English and fluent Italian language skills
* Ability to build relationships
