Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lipari for a Hotel Operations Manager. The role involves overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining seamless service delivery and hotel standards.
Key responsibilities include managing staff across various departments, developing and implementing operational strategies, and offering employee training to maintain quality standards.

Manager will collaborate with department heads to track performance metrics and continually improve the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Operations Management, with experience overseeing hotel departments and managing daily workflows.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and drive Customer Satisfaction, ensuring a world-class guest experience.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to effectively engage with team members, guests, and stakeholders.
- Experience in Training and developing staff to achieve high standards in service and professionalism.
- Problem-solving abilities and adeptness in handling challenges in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry software and operational systems is an advantage.
- Italian speaking a must
