And we’re a 850-strong team of product, finance, support, commerce, and engineering specialists working across Europe. /p pAs a GTM Systems Engineer, you will design, operate, and scale the systems that power Mollie’s go-to-market engine, enabling sales, marketing, and customer success to move faster and smarter. You will work in a cross-functional environment alongside application engineers, data and machine learning specialists, and process managers to build end-to-end, data-driven GTM solutions. /p h3What you’ll be doing /h3 ul liCollaborate closely with application engineers, data and machine learning teams, and process managers to design, build, and iterate on GTM systems and workflows that support our commercial strategy. /li liAdminister and optimize our core GTM stack, including HubSpot, Iterable, Bigmind AI, Cognism, Similarweb, Lusha, and related sales/marketing tools. /li liDesign and maintain integrations between GTM tools and our data warehouse using Hightouch and APIs, ensuring accurate, real-time data for GTM teams and ML-driven use cases. /li liPartner with Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Sales to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, experiments, and GTM programs. /li liWork with data and ML teams to activate predictive models (for scoring, churn, or next best action) inside GTM tools and campaigns. /li liMaintain clear documentation of data models, workflows, and integrations to support scalability, transparency, and compliance. /li liIdentify opportunities to simplify the GTM tech stack, reduce spend, and improve data quality and reporting. /li /ul h3What you’ll bring /h3 ul liA customer-first mindset, dedicated to meeting and exceeding the needs of internal GTM stakeholders and end customers. /li li4+ years of experience as a GTM Systems Engineer, RevOps Engineer, or Enterprise Applications Engineer supporting sales and marketing teams. /li liAdvanced skills in administering and integrating GTM platforms such as HubSpot, Iterable, Hightouch, or adjacent SaaS tools. /li liStrong understanding of SaaS application lifecycle management and GTM concepts such as lead routing, scoring, segmentation, and campaign orchestration is a plus. /li liAdvanced technical troubleshooting abilities across integrated SaaS environments, ensuring efficient resolution of data and workflow issues. /li liImpeccable technical documentation and knowledge base writing skills, making complex systems easy to understand and maintain. /li liAbility to work independently with excellent organization, prioritizing a busy roadmap and balancing quick wins with long-term architecture. /li liA collaborative spirit, comfortable working in cross-functional teams with engineering, data, ML, operations, and business stakeholders. /li liProactive in promoting technology innovation, researching and evaluating new GTM and AI-driven technologies to improve performance and efficiency. /li liFamiliarity with secure handling of customer and prospect data, and with security and privacy practices relevant to GTM systems. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
