As an Accounting Specialist at NHOA, your primary focus and responsibilities will include:
* Performing and coordinating accounting duties within our organization.
* Reporting to the Head of Accounting and collaborating closely with all departments, especially staff functions.
* Managing general accounting and statutory books activities, including intercompany reconciliation, accounting of trade receivables, payables, and fixed assets ledger.
* Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in accordance with local and IFRS GAAP standards.
* Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
* Coordinating external advisors to ensure timely delivery and compliance of financial statements for international subsidiaries.
* Responding to requests from external bodies and statutory auditors.
* Managing the company’s tax planning and supporting fiscal matters, including VAT reports, journal books, and government returns such as F24.
Requirements:
* Qualified accountant with a relevant degree.
* At least 3 years of accounting experience in international corporations.
* Proficient in Italian and English.
* Strong discipline and organizational skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Good knowledge of Excel.
* Knowledge of SAP B-One is appreciated.
Location: Hybrid remote work from Italy; office based in Milano, Piazzale Lodi 3.
