Material management

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Use and mastery of the following Tools: SAP S/4HANA P2P ERP Module: MM [Material Management] WM [Warehouse Management], TotalEnergies UNISOL centralized system, Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Teams. - Identify any type of materials managed as electrical, instrumental, mechanical (piping, rotating machines, etc.), inspection, chemical, oils, PPE, Spill kit, IT/Telecom, drilling/ completion/well heads. - Identify any category of materials managed as operating spare parts (consumable, supervised), capital spare parts (critical). - Proper interface technical/commercial/accounting/warehouse for management of the stock and requirements. - Creation/modification/check/optimization of MM [material master data]. - Consumption analysis for the creation of framework contracts. - Stock analysis and configuration and/or revision of stocks/requirements by means of MRP [Material Requirements Planning]. - Management and supervision of purchasing process since the demand to the finalization of the order. - Management of requirements within the KPIs indicated by company. - Monitoring of the purchasing process through checking of delivery dates and expediting. - Management through claims with the supplier of discrepancies in reception. - ASD [Active, Slow, Dead] analysis - Monthly/annual reporting with analyses and corrective actions including surplus reduction/sale/disposal. - Rolling out/punctual/annual inventories REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 5 years of experience on Oil & Gas sector, in particular in logistics activities/ Operations and a suitable general knowledge in oil industry logistics. Teambuilding awareness, leadership, multicultural awareness, environmental awareness, organization skills, good command of English and computer literate.
