PpFor an important insurance broker with offices in 12 countries, we are looking for a System Engineer /p h3Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign, implement and monitor IT infrastructure systems (Operating Systems, Middleware and Databases) in alignment with Group security policies and resilience requirements, /li liEstablish and documents IT infrastructure guidelines or SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), /li liTranslate customer and development needs into reliable IT infrastructure setups, /li liEnsure the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability (Design, reactivity to incidents and on-call systems), /li liImplement warranty and support activities, /li liEvaluate the existing systems and provides the technical direction to their evolution, /li liPlan and implement system automation as required for better efficiency, /li liOversee the development of customized software and hardware requirement, /li liCollaborate with other professionals to ensure high quality deliverables within organization guidelines, policies, and procedures, /li liDeals with work process, optimization methods, and risk management tools in the given projects for the successful accomplishments according to the requirements of the stakeholders, /li liProvide IT infrastructure management or support activities to all group entities (Based in France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Germany, UK, Hungary and Belgium). /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liExcellent communication skills, /li liDecision-making, /li liInformation security, /li liAnalytical skills (Analysis of problems and root causes, proper infrastructure designs …), /li liKnowledge of systems engineering, /li liAbility to lead infrastructure management topics and projects, /li liOrganizational skills, /li liPatience, /li liAttention to detail. /li /ul h3Education and Experience Requirements /h3 ul liIT Engineering Degree, /li liGood Microsoft Windows Server experience, /li liGood Microsoft SQL Server System Management experience (DBA skills are not required), /li liGood Microsoft Azure cloud experience, /li liNetwork experience is appreciated, /li liLinux experience is appreciated (Especially with Red Hat OpenShift), /li liCertification may be helpful. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
