In this role you will take over the international trade operations, including EU and non-EU transactions, VAT regulations, and customs procedures. The position plays a key role in ensuring compliance and accuracy across international accounting and trade processes while supporting business growth in a global environment.ResponsibilitiesManage all accounting activities related to import/export transactionsEnsure proper VAT treatment for Intra-EU transactions, Extra-EU transactions, triangular and multi-party transactionsRecord and monitor sales invoices in Navision ERPSupport and coordinate the monthly financial reporting processPrepare and submit Intrastat declarationsPerform monthly VAT calculations and support quarterly and annual VAT returnsEnsure compliance with customs documentation and regulationsCollaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Logistics, Sales, AdministrationMonitor international shipments and logistics flows from a financial perspectiveSupport commercial activities involving international clientsRequirementsBachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience, or alternatively 10 years of relevant professional experienceStrong knowledge of international VAT regulations, customs procedures, and trade complianceProficiency in ERP systems (ideally Navision) and MS OfficeFluency in English and ItalianStrong attention to detail and accuracyHigh level of accountability and ownershipExcellent communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a cross‐functional and international environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
