Project Management & Customization: Lead customization projects for catalog products within the Data Center portfolio, ensuring compliance with timelines, costs, and project goals from initial phase to final delivery.
Planning & Risk Management: Manage project scheduling, risk analysis, and product qualification activities.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Procurement, Logistics, and external suppliers to define, qualify, and approve products.
HQ Interface: Act as the primary point of contact for technological and product collaboration with MBT HQ, supporting the introduction and development of the Data Center product line.
Compliance & Documentation: Manage technical and commercial documentation, product compliance, ERP processes, and engineering change management (ECR-ECO).
Profile (Requirements)
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Energy or Management Engineering is considered a plus).
Language Skills: Good proficiency in English.
Soft Skills: Strong teamwork attitude and excellent communication skills, including experience working within international and remote teams.
Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in the HVAC sector, ideally applied to the Data Center market.
Proven experience in Project Management.
Familiarity with collaborating in cross‑disciplinary and international environments.
