Program Manager, Devices Global Logistics

The Program Manager leads projects and products from the earliest product stages through full NPI (New Production Introduction) set up for Device Global Logistics. This role supports development across a broad set of product lines and drives solutions for business requirements. This role applies data analysis skills to drive cost saving opportunities. This role also bridges gaps between existing services and new expectations, creating frameworks where none exist.
Key Responsibilities
Drive and manage new product initiatives or new vendor onboarding processes in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple complex projects – work prioritization, planning and task delegation.
Own & drive the new program roadmap.
Integrate strong and clear analysis and business rationale into sound decision-making.
Lead all communications, upward and downward through the organization.
Work with cross‑functional IT/BI teams to further automate key processes.
Work with cross‑functional teams such as Operations, engineering, business, legal and compliance to create new processes for all new customs clearance and transportation regulations.
Lead cost savings projects related to inbound or outbound operations.
Follow program development processes to provide all logistics related supports.
Align with cross‑functional teams for timely new product launches into marketplaces.
Provide consultant supports from Devices Logistics to all program teams.
Travel as required.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience.
4+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience.
Experience in program management for logistics.
Strong data analysis skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in operations, supply chain or logistics.
Knowledge of the principles of statistical inventory control.
Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
