GRS Recruitment are working with a well-established Accounting and Audit firm in Nicosia who are searching to recruit an AML and Compliance Assistant to join the team in Nicosia. For this role we are looking for a professional individual with at least 3 years of relevant experience. 1. Performing KYC procedures and maintaining the relevant records on file
2. AML/Compliance verification and screening using dedicated software
3. Maintaining and updating client records on AML system
4. Assisting in risk assessments, economic profiling and client risk classifications
5. Assisting the AMLCO of the firm in various related duties
6. Assisting with UBO, HE32 submissions and updates at the Company Registry
CANDIDATE PROFILE
7. Knowledge of AML Law and Directives and the application in KYC reviews
8. Minimum 2 years of related experience
9. Legal or business administration background
10. Familiarity with WISEBOS will be considered a strong plus
11. Fluency in Greek and English languages
12. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
