Your Impact Participate in the Project Steering group and drive agreement on project outcomes and delivery methodology via an approved project charter. Create and maintain project plans that span the complete SDLC and encompass QRG IT requirements for financial planning, resource estimation, vendor oversight, and requirements specifications. Build and manage teams to deliver the project within scope, schedule, cost, and quality; acting also as Scrum Master during project execution. Ensure risks are identified and monitored throughout the project lifecycle, with appropriate responses planned and implemented. Track, review, and control project progress and performance; manage changes to scope, schedule, cost, or quality appropriately. Ensure project completion in terms of scope and quality; manage handover to operational support; conduct lessons learned; and carry out financial closure. What You Bring Solid working knowledge of the Project Management process and supporting tools. Understanding of the structure and processes of the QRG Technology organization. Business knowledge to understand client requirements and how current technology supports the business. Basic understanding of the retail industry. Awareness of the impacts of regulations, laws, and company policies. Experience managing multiple sub-projects of varied scope and complexity. Proactive management of project change requests and issues, with full visibility to stakeholders. Effective communication skills, including stakeholder analysis and audience-appropriate documentation. Ability to build productive networks with internal clients and vendors.
