IT Integration Architect – M&A required to join a leading global end user brand in Turin, Italy.
IT Integration Architect with extensive Merger & Acquisition experience is required to provide IT Integration of an acquired company into the businesses existing landscape.
Key deliverables;
* Application and functional architecture maps
* Comparative capability maps
* Target architecture diagrams
* Integration scenarios and options
* IT convergence roadmaps
* Decision and arbitration documents (costs, risks, options)
* M&A IT architecture documentation and standards
Key skills;
* Proven experience in IT architecture, IT transformation, or enterprise architecture
* Proven experience in post-merger integration, carve-in, or carve-out contexts
* Experience in complex, multi-entity IT environments
* Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF, ArchiMate, or equivalent)
* System integration (API-based, event-driven, batch)
* Application rationalization and IT urbanization
* Strong awareness of run costs and TCO
Open to candidates across the Lombardy & Piemonte region who can travel into Turin of the time – ideally located in Turin, Milan, Novara, Asti & other neighbouring towns/ cities.
