We are seeking, on behalf of our client—a multinational company in the dental sector launching operations in Italy—a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales Italy.
Key Responsibilities
* Full responsibility for sales activities in Italy, including field sales and internal sales/events
* Leadership, motivation, and development of the Italian sales team
* Active support for key accounts, distributors, and dental practices
* Achievement of sales targets and results in Italy
* Implementation of strategic sales initiatives for dental products
* Collaboration with headquarters and cross‑functional teams (marketing, sales, quality, finance)
* Monitoring market trends and conducting competitive analysis
Requirements
* Several years of sales and management experience in the dental industry
* Proven track record in sales growth and team leadership
* In‑depth knowledge of the Italian dental market (dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists, distributors)
* Experience managing both internal and external sales teams
