Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure delivery of services in line with engagement objectives, scope, and budgetOversee client engagements from start to finish, managing timelines & deliverables and ensuring adherence to firm policies and quality standardsProactively develop client relationships, working closely with Partner in charge to develop commercially focused solutions to issues identifiedAssist in business development initiatives, including proposal preparation, presentations, and client relationship managementGuide team members, fostering professional growth, collaboration, and a high-performance work cultureLead by example, demonstrating a clear ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and risk managementDisplay confidence and an ability to influence at all levels, both internally and externally.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and colleagues across the FirmStrengthen technical knowledge in field of expertise, continually sharing this knowledge with their immediate teamsStay up to date with market trends, regulatory changes, and best practices relevant to our services and industry in general
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Relevant experience as an Auditor with a background in Accounting or Audit, ideally with prior supervisory or managerial experienceProfessional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferredHigh levels of integrityA vision and drive for success and be motivated towards their personal and professional developmentA positive can attitude, high degree of responsibility and take ownership of their assignments, clients, and careersEager to learn and follow the Company's methodology to meet and exceed client expectationsTeam oriented personality with proven managerial experience and people skills / client relation skillsAble to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with strong focus on qualityStrong technical competence including extensive knowledge of IFRS and ISASExperience of using Microsoft packages other computerised audit packagesStrong communication skills, both verbal and written (Greek and English)
