Your Contribution To Prysmian's Success: As part of our HQ R&D; team, we are looking for an R&D; Installation Engineer to join our laboratory in Quattordio (AL). Reporting directly to the R&D; Electrical Laboratories Manager, you will:
- Coordinate teams of jointers to install, timely and with the best quality standards, the accessories required by the contracts
- Ensure the suitability of accessories to be installed, ensure NWC operating instructions application and control any critical phase of the accessory’s installation
- Plan activities optimizing the resources and tools assigned to the specific projects of accessories installation with strong focus on the technical aspects
- Coordinate helpers (subcontracted) on site if required
- Guarantee compliance with internal rules and procedures during the entire process
You Are The Right Fit If You Have/are
- Technical Degree in Engineering
- Fluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken)
- Knowledge and familiarity with basic and common software tools like Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and Internet use
- Willingness to travel, including abroad
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Decision making attitude, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong teamwork skills, results oriented and ambitious mindset
