PWe are looking for a Maintenance Excellence Manager to lead the implementation of our Group maintenance strategy, focusing on planning, efficiency, and performance optimization. In this role, you will drive the deployment of our strategy across multiple countries, ensuring seamless coordination and a centralized approach to spare parts management. Your efforts will play a key role in minimizing capacity availability risks, increasing transparency, and reducing maintenance costs and inventory, contributing to the success of our organization. /ppstrongIn this exciting role, you will be responsible for: /strong /polliEnsuring group maintenance strategy implementation in all CCHBC production sites by productive relationship with Maintenance managers, Plant managers, Country Supply Chain and County Engineering. /liliCoordinating planned maintenance activities across the countries together with OEM and internal stakeholders. /liliContinuous improvement of preventive maintenance plans. /liliGroup maintenance projects management (innovation, digitalization, SAP maintenance module). /liliSpare parts management. /liliMaintenance performance and process optimization. /liliAssessment of technical capability in sites maintenance team. /liliContributing to build Expert teams at CCH level to support cross-country Maintenance activities. /liliBest in class maintenance/spare parts processes solutions benchmarking in all the Regions and with other TCCC bottlers. /liliInduction of new Maintenance managers and Maintenance planners. /li /olstrongYou can be successful in this role, if you have: /strongolliExperience in managing a plant. /liliMinimum 5+ years’ experience in maintenance and engineering management in Food and Beverage companies. /liliEngineering degree (mechanical, chemical, electrical). /liliGood knowledge of SAP maintenance module. /liliResults orientated mindset, strong analytical, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. /liliAbility to communicate effectively at all levels in organization in English language. /liliFlexibility and willingness to travel along CCHBC countries (30% of working time). /li /olstrongAbout your new team: /strongpWe are a family of 33,000 engaged people.
