The Role
The Finance Business Partner Intern position at our Manufacturing Site offers a unique opportunity to gain end‑to‑end exposure to financial processes supporting production activities. The role provides a strong focus on bridging finance and operations, with particular attention to cost analysis, general accounting, and supplier management impact, including Balance Sheet insights.
You will actively support month‑end closing activities and contribute to the analysis of monthly financial performance, helping to provide meaningful insights to drive business decisions.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Support daily accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
* Collaborate with external stakeholders to help ensure the correctness and efficiency of assigned processes
* Maintain proper documentation in line with company policies and guidelines
* Contribute to the improvement of accounting and operational processes
* Learn and apply accounting principles in a real business environment
* Support the preparation and analysis of monthly financial results and variance analysis vs budget/forecast
* Assist in cost monitoring and tracking (e.g., manufacturing costs, overheads, CAPEX)
* Contribute to business case preparation and investment analysis
* Partner with operations and production teams to understand cost drivers and efficiencies
* Help maintain and improve financial dashboards and KPI reporting
* Support forecasting and budgeting cycles
* Assist in data reconciliation and validation across systems (e.g., SAP, Excel models)
We’re Looking For Someone Who
* Has experience in Finance, Accounting or Economics and is eager to apply their knowledge in a manufacturing and business partnering context
* Brings strong analytical skills, with a good understanding of accounting principles, financial data and cost dynamics
* Thinks end‑to‑end and takes ownerships for results
* Is comfortable working in a fast‑moving, evolving organisation
* Values collaboration, clarity and low‑ego ways of working
