With at least 10 years of experience, He/She combines a visionary mindset and strategic thinking with pragmatism and a down‑to‑earth approach. We are looking for a data and human‑driven person to directly influence business strategy, via deep consumer, retailer, and market understanding, spanning from human insights to data science. He/She will be responsible for the Global CRM Client Engagement Strategy and will help the company to: /p ul liDrive a customer‑centric vision to help us to put customer knowledge at the center of any direct marketing initiatives /li liTranslate business goals into CRM marketing program objectives and strategies that facilitate attracting new customers and extracting more value from existing customers /li liDrive quality of data in order to identify the key insights that can profile customers and establish an individual relationship between them and our brand /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead Omnichannel CRM Integration strategy creating a single customer view in all touchpoints /li liDefine the Global Client Experience strategy for Technogym with the consumer at the center, both in B2B and B2C /li liLead Retention Strategy: Loyalty Program, customer segmentation, campaigns, activations, and data insights /li liDevelop Global CRM Strategy Guidelines to be executed by local markets /li liDesign and develop new omnichannel projects, innovative services, caring opportunities, events management tools, and customer journeys orchestration to achieve CRM objectives /li liOversee data collection and lead generation strategy, client engagement enablers, dedicated training paths development /li liSupervise data Insights and Reports to monitor and evolve the performance of engagement and conversion KPIs including ROI /li liTransform the consumer understanding to create value and relations, beyond sales. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liPreferably a degree in Marketing Insights or Statistics with honors /li liDeep Knowledge of Marketing Attribution Customer Behaviors (BX) /li li+6 years Experience in Consumer Insight CRM Direction /li liStrong background in customer activation retention strategies /li liSFDC (or equivalent) knowledge including triggered event, journey, and Campaign Management expertise (across email, SMS, push notification) /li liProven experience in Customer Experience /li liTrack records of exposure to Customer Experience Management /li liData mining and clustering techniques, query and DB management /li liGreat communication skills /li liSelf‑starter, takes initiative, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment /li liExcellent team player /li liResults‑oriented /li liEnthusiasm, Humility, Proactivity, and Ethics complete the desired profile /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Employer /h3 pTechnogym is an equal opportunities employer.
