We are looking for an intern to be part of the HR Department in our Headquarters in Piombino Dese. The chosen candidate will oversee the entire hiring process, from candidate sourcing to final onboarding.
The main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Overseeing the entire recruitment cycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Supporting the implementation of effective sourcing strategies to attract top talents
Maintaining and managing recruiting databases and monitoring candidate pipeline
Supporting the organization of recruiting events
Collaborating with managers and project teams to ensure the strategic allocation of the employees based on business needs and individual skill sets
Liaising with other HR functions to ensure an integrated approach to talent management
Qualifications:
A university degree in economics or humanities
A previous internship in HR or staffing roles is a plus
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Fluency in English and Italian
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive work style with a strong results-oriented mindset
