Job Description
We are seeking highly organized and enthusiastic individuals to manage daily in-store operations at one of our retail locations. The successful candidates will be responsible for receiving merchandise, cross-referencing shipment notes and deliveries, unboxing and storing shipments, replenishing shop shelves, opening the shop according to a set schedule, maintaining the store's appearance, operating the till and sales software, interacting with customers in a friendly and commercial manner, accepting card payments only, maintaining updated inventory, and reporting to the Shop Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive and process incoming shipments.
* Verify shipment notes and delivery records.
* Unbox and store shipments in a secure facility.
* Restock shop shelves as needed.
* Open the shop according to the designated time pattern.
* Maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
* Operate the point-of-sale system and handle customer transactions.
* Provide excellent customer service and interact with customers in a professional manner.
* Manage inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
