Position Overview
We are seeking a Coordinatore Service Desk to manage and support our IT service operations. The role involves team management, user onboarding/offboarding, desktop and device management, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
* Manage the service desk team (2 members)
* Oversee user onboarding and offboarding via ticketing workflows
* Provide desktop support and first-level assistance
* Manage and configure devices (PCs, VPN, access rights, etc.)
* Identify critical areas and propose service improvements
* Handle IT budgeting, vendor selection, and expense management
* Support IT security policy management
Requirements
Must Have
* Experience in Service Desk operations
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, VPN, access management
* Strong coordination and process structuring skills
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Interest in technological innovation and digitalization
Nice to Have
* Previous coordination experience
* Knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
* Familiarity with automation tools and AI
* Experience with external IT vendors

Work arrangement: 1 day of remote work per week
