Sales Associate Beauty & Accessories Luxury
Synergie Italia SPA, filiale di Milano Restelli, is looking for a high‑end cosmetics sales associate.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service and drive high‑quality sales across all product categories (fragrances, makeup, accessories).
* Build strong relationships with customers, adapting to their needs and embodying the brand philosophy.
* Execute sales and operations efficiently to reach and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
* Communicate product aesthetics, brand philosophy, and lifestyle to customers.
* Provide impeccable sales service and follow‑up activities to cultivate and grow the client portfolio.
* Identify and manage customer requests and concerns.
* Demonstrate professionalism in communication, attitude, and teamwork with customers and colleagues.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of relevant retail experience in high‑end luxury, preferably in fragrances, cosmetics or accessories.
* Excellent customer service sense, adaptability to diverse cultures, empathy, and collaborative attitude.
* Good knowledge of French and English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
* Organized, motivated, methodical, and professional.
Working Conditions
Initial temporary contract of 6 months with future possibilities. CCNL COMMERCIO, level and position will be commensurate to experience.
Indicative salary range: €33k – €38k full time. Working hours 11 – 19 on shifts Monday‑Sunday. Part‑time resources considered.
Location: Milano Brera.
