We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in elevating payroll experience and helping build our rapidly growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gather and validate data from various teams for payroll calculations.
* Perform payroll controls and analyses, comparing input data with output data.
* Collaborate with the HR Services team on employee payslip queries, legislative updates, and country-specific issues.
* Execute post-payroll activities, including reporting to local authorities and finance teams.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive base pay starting from EUR 1,750+ gross per month, depending on skills and requirements. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
* Previous experience in Payroll/HR.
* Fluent English.
* Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
* Strong analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Experience working in payroll or closely with payroll departments.
* Experience with process transitions.
* Knowledge of any other European language.
