1. Build high-performance, SEO-optimized websites using HTML, CSS, JS, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or PHP)
2. Integrate with REST APIs, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools
3. Optimize website performance, security, and page load speed for Core Web Vitals
4. Handle full deployment processes, version control (Git), and staging environments
5. Create reusable components and page templates that support campaign scalability
6. Collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to implement approved visuals
7. Debug, test, and refactor codebase to ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility
8. Implement tracking scripts and conversion pixels securely across all pages
9. Work with SEO specialists to ensure crawlability, structured data, and tag cleanliness
10. Maintain documentation for future development and scalability planning
CANDIDATE PROFILE
11. At least 3 years of proven experience in both web development and UX/UI design within a Forex, CFD or Marketing industries.
12. Strong proficiency in WordPress development
13. Advanced skills in Figma for design, wireframing, and prototyping
14. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
15. Experience designing and building websites for lead generation (non-eCommerce)
16. Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work independently
17. Ability to work and communicate effectively within a remote team
18. Availability to work during AEST business hours
19. Familiarity with technical SEO implementations is preferred
20. Experience using WP Engine (training can be provided) is preferred
21. Awareness of version control tools like Git/GitHub (not currently in use but beneficial)
22. Proactive problem-solver with a “solutions-first” mindset
23. Able to manage feedback and iterate designs efficiently
24. Calm under pressure and adaptable when faced with troubleshooting tasks
25. Communicative, organized, and dependable in a remote work environment
26. Portfolio of past work is required as part of the application process.
