Basic and detailed design of the hydraulic part of our machine tools and auxiliary machinesAutonomous management of the bill of materials of hydraulic part to be designed upon request of customersBasic and detailed design of infrastructures for machines installation (typically: piping)Calculation reports on hydraulic designReview of the design of the hydraulic part of the machines, with the Structural Engineers and the Safety EngineersInterface with external engineering firms for detailed design and with hydraulic suppliers for finalization of the projectsReview of the work produced by external engineering firmsAssessments for quotationsWork with other corporate departments, in particular Planning, Purchasing and Production to improve the efficiency of the hydraulic parts of the projectsTechnical communication with customersOccasionally, visits to erection sites in Italy and abroad to verify progress and for troubleshooting activities
Qualifications
Technical mechanical high school diplomaDegree in Mechanical Engineering with a Machine Design address or in Aerospace Engineering with Structural address will be preferredIn-depth knowledge of one or more 3D drawing tools, in particular Inventor Professional (Autodesk)In-depth knowledge of one or more 2D drawing tools, in particular Autocad (Autodesk)Fluent in reading electrical diagramsFluent in reading PLC codeFamiliarity with the concept of Product Life Management (PLM)Knowledge of SAP is welcomeIn-depth knowledge of the design of the mechanisms and structures of machine tools, as well as of the related technologiesKnowledge of the calculation and sizing procedures of the machine partsKnowledge of English language
