Our services include air and ocean freight forwarding, contract logistics, customs brokerage, distribution, inbound logistics, truckload brokerage and other supply chain management services, including consulting, the coordination of purchase orders and customized management services. /p pWe are looking for a Business Analyst for our Branch in Borgaro Torinese (TO). /p pThe Business Analyst will be responsible or assisting in the management and control of the global automotive business, specifically for standard operations, air and ocean, determination, control and cost analysis. It is required to work from office (Borgaro Torinese), remote work is not planned. /p h3ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: /h3 ul liCollect, analyze, and determine data of Business activities, for each product airfreight, ocean freight Local services, freights, vendors. /li liData entry into Cargo wise, ITMS, SAP (customer and Jas operational system). /li liInteract with Operations to ensure milestone data accurate and up to date. Review and audit to ensure they reflect the latest information received. /li liSupport and monitor operational cycle development. Analyze areas to improve. /li liWork with the commercial automotive control tower to implement and apply procedures. /li liProvide management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting Business. /li liMaintaining the data in the above-mentioned operational system. /li liPerform ad hoc reports to support the operations. /li /ul h3QUALIFICATIONS: /h3 ul liExcellent interpersonal skills. /li liExcellent organizational skills. /li liExcellent written and verbal skills in Italian and English, at least. /li liPeople orientated and used to travelling and interacting with other cultures. /li liDetail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines. /li liSelf-motivated, able to work in a team and independently. /li /ul h3EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: /h3 ul liAt least high school diploma. /li liComplete MS Excel experience and management is required. /li liFluency in English, both written and oral is a must (at least B2). /li liStrong interpersonal skills and commitment to teamwork. /li liProficient in MS Office Applications. /li liOthers: SAP or ITMS or Cargo wise (desirable). /li liOthers: Knowledge or experience in international freight forwarding.
