Cluster Financial Controller
For an important company operating in the luxury hospitality sector, we are looking for a Cluster Financial Controller, a key role responsible for ensuring strong financial oversight and supporting management in strategic decision‑making processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the entire administrative and financial area (sales, purchasing, payroll, expenses), ensuring compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
* Coordinate the budgeting, forecasting, and mid‑to‑long‑term planning processes.
* Prepare monthly and annual financial reporting in accordance with GAAP, monitoring variances and overall performance.
* Support the General Managers in implementing controls, corrective actions, and tools to safeguard profitability.
* Manage treasury activities and cash flow planning, monitoring tax and regulatory impacts on the business.
* Liaise with corporate functions and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial communication.
Requirements
* Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Financial Controller, with strong expertise in reporting, budgeting, and management control.
* Previous experience in the Hospitality / Luxury hotel sector is preferred.
* Excellent command of Italian and English (French is a plus).
* Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a business partnering mindset.
