IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: - Advise your customers and be their first point of contact; - Schedule all our customer’s transport requests - Understand our customer’s needs and provide responsive support, offering solutions and improvements; - Analyze, understand and improve our customer’s network - Represent the company professionally, ethically and morally at all times; - Share your knowledge with other departments to improve the quality of our processes.
