K2 Partnering Solutions is a global provider of innovative consultative solutions in enterprise applications, AI, and cloud technology. Fully remote opportunity. We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter / 360 Consultant (PERM) with a strong delivery background, who can also bring and develop a client portfolio. This is not a sales-only role: delivery remains the core, with the ability to originate and grow business. Role Overview K2 Partnering Solutions is looking for a Senior IT Recruiter / 360 Consultant (PERM) to join the team. The role is delivery-first, managing the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end, while also leveraging an existing client network to generate new PERM opportunities and grow accounts over time. The ideal candidate is a hands-on delivery expert with proven exposure to 360 environments (recruitment + client management), used to working in fast-paced consulting or agency settings. Key Responsibilities Delivery (core focus)

Manage the end-to-end PERM recruiting process: intake, sourcing, interviews, offer management and onboarding Deliver consistent recruiting output aligned with targets (5 CVs per week / 20 CVs per month) Conduct candidate interviews (technical & behavioral) and in-depth market research Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines Ensure excellent candidate experience Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM / ATS systems Identify delivery bottlenecks and proactively propose solutions

Client & Business Development (360 component)

Bring an existing client portfolio or active relationships in IT/technology hiring Develop and grow client accounts in partnership with K2 leadership and Sales Manage client relationships end-to-end (requirements intake, delivery, follow-ups) Support the acquisition of new PERM business through existing network and referrals Collaborate closely with Sales on larger or strategic accounts

Required Experience

3–8+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter / 360 Consultant (PERM) Strong background in delivery-focused recruitment environments Proven experience managing both candidates and clients Experience in consulting firms, recruitment agencies or staffing companies Demonstrated ability to generate revenue through own client network (even if partial) Solid understanding of the IT market and technology roles Previous quota / revenue ownership experience is a strong plus

Languages

English: fluent (mandatory) Spanish: strong plus Italian: fluent
