Job Summary The Area Sales Manager OEM chiller will be responsible for maximizing the acquisition of new customers and orders in the assigned territory (EMEIA) and with OEM sales responsibilities in the refrigerant business, providing added value to customers through technical, commercial, and partnership skills. The role includes managing Sales Representatives and reporting directly to the Sales Manager OEM Chiller. Responsibilities Direct the sales force to achieve sales and profit goals through market penetration. Analyze market potential for new products and applications. Identify potential opportunities with existing customers and acquire new customers to meet strategic objectives. Manage multiple areas and adjust sales goals and procedures accordingly. Prepare and review contract terms using standard Ingersoll Rand templates. Draft technical offers. Evaluate and implement new sales techniques to increase volume. Develop and maintain a competent workforce through training and coaching. Travel & Work Requirements Flexible working hours and travel within the assigned territory. Proficiency in Business English. Strong knowledge of process cooling management and ability to support and train OEMs in the field. Knowledge of a third language (Spanish or German) is a plus but not essential.
