Ph3About the department /h3 pThe Marketing Department within BYD Europe is responsible for developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies specific to the European region, and create comprehensive plans that resonate with the European target audience. Our team works collaboratively to optimize brand visibility, increase market share, and drive business growth within the European market. /p h3As Digital marketing specialist (web+email) /h3 pThe digital marketing team work at the intersection of technology, content, and customer engagement, continuously improving our digital touchpoints to optimize brand visibility, generate leads, and drive conversions. /p pAs a Digital Marketing Specialist at the regional level, you will be at the forefront of crafting and executing web and email strategies that form the foundation of our digital experience. Your role will be instrumental in enhancing digital touchpoints, optimizing user engagement, and empowering local markets to achieve success in their respective countries. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic marketing insight, and stakeholder collaboration to drive performance across our digital channels. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Website management /h3 ul liCollaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable website enhancements. /li liOwn and manage a prioritized backlog of website updates, working closely with the development team to ensure timely execution. /li liOptimize web user journeys to improve engagement and conversion rates. /li liImplement and refine SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and search rankings. /li /ul h3Email marketing /h3 ul liDevelop and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with business goals. /li liCreate engaging, personalized email content to nurture leads and retain customers. /li liImplement audience segmentation strategies to improve campaign performance. /li liAnalyze campaign data, track KPIs, and provide recommendations for continuous optimization. /li liEnsure compliance with GDPR and email marketing regulations. /li /ul h3Website Email analytics /h3 ul liMonitor website and email analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives. /li liGenerate regular performance reports on key metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions, etc.) and present insights to stakeholders. /li liUse data-driven insights to identify areas for continuous improvement. /li /ul h3Key Results /h3 ul liEnhance website performance (website traffic, bounce rate…) /li liMaximize user engagement and conversions (Newsletter signups, leads generation and develop new actions to booster conversion.) /li liDevelop and optimize email marketing strategies. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 h3Technical and web ops /h3 ul li2-3 years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), DAM, and Marketo. /li liAdvanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. /li liStrong experience with Adobe Analytics and Google Tag Manager (GTM). /li liFamiliarity with GDPR compliance, cookie management platforms, and web privacy regulations. /li liAbility to communicate effectively with an in-house development team based in China, ensuring smooth integration with CRM and other in-house systems. /li /ul h3Digital marketing /h3 ul liExpertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), with a strong understanding of A/B testing, UX principles, and customer journey mapping. /li liAdvanced SEO knowledge, including on-page and technical SEO best practices. /li /ul h3Project Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liFluent in English Chinese; proficiency in Italian or another European language is a plus. /li liExperience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies (agency background preferred). /li liStrong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. /li /ul h3About BYD Group /h3 pEstablished in November 1994, BYD Group is a leading multi-sector high-tech company focused on innovation and development in automobiles, rail transit, renewable energy, and electronics. /p pCommitted to fulfilling a better life through technological innovations, BYD Group leverages a robust network of over 40 subsidiaries, with over 900,000 employees of nearly 110,000 engineers worldwide in over 400 cities of 79 countries, actively driving the implementation of comprehensive zero-emission and emission reduction solutions.
